It is with deep sadness that I write this tribute. On Behalf of the Coffs Coast Tigers Football Club I would like to pass on our deepest Sympathies to the Urunga Raiders FC committee on the loss of your President Dixie and her daughter Rachel.
Dixie was a lovely lady who helped me out on a few occasions. She was efficient and always a pleasure to communicate with. Dixie was passionate about football and always went above and beyond to help wherever and whoever she could. Dixie and Rachel both will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace.
Sending many thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
    Sincerely

It was with the deepest sadness that we heard of the passing of Urunga FC President Dixie Erlandsen and her daughter Rachael.
With the interactions between our two clubs over the past couple of years, I quickly found out that Dixie was an awesome lady with a wonderful passion for football and especially for the kids playing the ‘beautiful game’. I understand her daughter Rachel was an equally kind, passionate and intelligent young lady with the world at her feet.
At this saddest of times, sincere sympathies and thoughts from all at Sawtell FC go out to Dixie and Rachel’s family, along with the players, members and committee of Urunga FC.

Such a devastating loss, I hope that I’m supported here, but I think it would be very respectful if we had a double black arm band for 6 a side this Thursday for Dixie and Rachel.
And a minute silence before each game.

Such a calm and positive presence and an absolutely tireless and energetic worker for our club. Your leadership will be sadly missed but never forgotten Dixie. RIP.

Such a wonderful warm considerate person. Dixie provided enthusiasm and drive as President of Urunga FC and this was after many years as a stalwart of the Urunga Juniors. She forged many close friends and we will all miss her greatly. Her daughter Rachel followed in Dixie’s footsteps as an intelligent and caring and considerate young person. The Club extends its sorrow and sympathy to Halvo her partner and also a club stalwart and her son Andrew and daughter Jess.
